RIP Jack Layton
I’m in Canada, visiting family. I was out at lunch, when I looked up and noticed one of the tvs at the diner was tuned into one of those 24/7 Canadian news stations, and they were reporting Jack Layton, leader of the NDP party, had passed away. So incredibly sad. I am a big NDP supporter, and i was impressed with all he had done for the party these past few years. I have a photo I took of Jack Layton a few years ago at the Toronto Pride Parade. I’ll post it when I’m back in Michigan.
